Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover, Diner’sNumerous scientific studies, all of them conducted by us, have proven conclusively that having to think about what to order hinders digestion. Ayurveda eliminates such unwelcome brain exercise with a fixed-price vegetarian lunch or dinner including two entrees, lentils, dairy-based raita, rice, bread, chutneys, and dessert. When we visited the entrees were cauliflower and okra. Ayurveda (the name translates as life and knowledge) avoids meat, chicken, seafood, and eggs but does make sure that every meal incorporates six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, astringent, and pungent. The formula "can help you beat stress, increase energy, and look great," and sure enough, when we got home and looked in the mirror we looked great. We are mulling over the possibility of kidnapping one of their chefs to cook for us at home so that we might live longer. Don't warn them.
