Neither rock-hard or mushy, this gourmet ice cream is the perfect consistency for a plastic spoon and is made on-premises. Have it in a sugar cone, waffle cone, cup (with one, two, or three flavors) or in pints or quarts. Ice cream flavors include four kinds of chocolate (regular, white, dark, with almonds), two chocolate-chip varieties (coffee mocha and mint), two vanillas (regular and chocolate chip), almond cream, banana, coconut, dulce de leche, hazelnut, pistachio, strawberry, tiramisu, and zambayone. Oh, and the fat-free sorbets: An-dean blackberry, blueberry, cantaloupe, chocolate, ginger, grapefruit, lemon, mango, passionfruit, pecan, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, and watermelon. We ordered the zambayone ice cream, a wine-flavored rarity, and the rich Andean black-berry, neither of which we had ever heard of. Yummy. Large ice-cream cakes are also available.
