Trying to sum up the Cub Room's lavish, elaborate, and ever-changing menu in just over a hundred words would be impossible. Let it suffice to say that it covers all the bases in high-end dining with a presentation that makes the food as good to look at as it is to eat. We took our significant other here for a birthday feast, had the red snapper and the duck, and left well-satisfied. The hours above are for dinner only. There's also a cafe that operates seven days, opening from 10 AM (11 on weekends) to 11 PM. For late-night noshing and drinking there's a cocktail lounge that opens at 11 (Mon-Thur) or noon (Fri-Sun) and remains open until the wee hours. If our apartment were downtown and we had a well-padded expense account, we'd practically be living in this place.
