What does the Happy Pig order at a steakhouse? Lamb chops, of course. The huge plateful we received was enough to feed two people (we took the rest home) and the side order of broccoli and garlic cloves hit the spot. With all that red meat coming, we started with a half-dozen clams served on ice. Two different types were available. We got three of each and they were exquisite. On a later visit we had filet mignon, medium well, and it was so tender and flavorful that we barely touched our glass of shiraz. Beers on tap include Guinness, which meshes well with red meat, and Boddington's. Service is attentive and scrupulous.
