El Paso Taqueria serves great (and authentic) Mexican food at sane prices in an agreeable small space with paintings. Hungry vegetarians will enjoy Chalupas Regulares, five open tortillas decked out with red or green salsa, drizzled with sour cream, and sprinkled with cotija cheese. Or try the Flautas Papa, three potato-filled rolled tortillas served with lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Try the marinated meats featured in several menu items. For instance, the Tostadas Tinga come with marinated chicken and onions in chipotle salsa. Better yet is Tacos Al Pastor, with marinated pork, pineapple, and onion. You can also have your Al Pastor in the form of a toasted Torta sandwich or a puebla-style Cemita sandwich.
