This multi-roomed cavern welcomes groups large and small and is a haven for anyone who loves lamb skewered and grilled over charcoal. Have your kebabs in chunks, or chopped with red peppers (Adana Kebab), or chopped with garlic (Beyti Kebab). Vegetarians, rejoice and get the Hor D'oeuvres Platter. Some of its eight homemade treats are familiar: hummus, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves. More unusual is the spinach tarator with yogurt curd and walnuts. Eggplant comes as a spread with garlic and pars-ley, pan-fried with garlic-yogurt sauce, or fried with tomato sauce. Don't miss the fresh-tasting Shepherd Salad (tomatoes, cukes, onions, black olives), rich Potato Russian Salad (with carrots and peas), and Cigarette Boerek (feta-stuffed pan-fried pastry scrolls).
