Vietnamese food is both hearty and healthy, with a more sparing use of oil than most Chinese food, and many dishes garnished with generous amounts of salad vegetables, including fresh romaine lettuce. We've eaten our way through the noodle menu and our favorites are Bun Xao, slender stir-fried rice noodles with meat or shrimp, and Banh Hoi, steamed angel hair noodles with meat, shrimp, spring roll, or (if you're really hungry) plum sauce spareribs. Salmon and curry selections are numerous and varied. Oh, and don't miss the appetizers: vegetarian summer rolls, sugar cane shrimp, crab meat on the claw, Goi Du Du (spicy papaya salad with grilled beef), and a delicious beef Bo Nuong Sate (grilled beef with savory peanut sauce, cuke, lettuce, and greens).

Note: Saigon Grill has discontinued its delivery service.
