Surrounded by a plentiful supply of snobby upscale eateries in the West 70s, this friendly diner is an oasis of sanity. Everything we look for in a diner is here. Varied menu? Check. Reasonable prices? Check. Wireless internet access? Check. Images of Elvis? Check. We treated ourselves to a buffalo burger. It was huge in addition to being the only burger we've ever ordered that came with a big piece of thin-shaved carrot. When we objected to the sesame-seed roll, a kaiser roll was substituted quickly and without fuss. Tasty quiches include the broccoli-cheddar, spinach-mushroom, and ham varieties and come with a large Greek salad. Spinach pie is excellent. The selection of chicken dishes is notably wide. There's also fish, pasta, triple deckers, bagel/lox combos, omelettes, pan-cakes, smoothies, etc. In good weather you can dine on the sidewalk.
